MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER signed by JUDGE JAMES A. BEATY, JR. on 09/09/2014 as set out herein. ORDERED that Defendants' Motion to Confirm Arbitration Award [Doc. # 9 is HEREBY GRANTED and the July 18, 2012 Arbitration Award entered in favor of Duke University, and which denied Plaintiff's requested relief, is HEREBY CONFIRMED. FURTHER, for the reasons set forth herein, that Defendants' Motion to Dismiss [Doc. # 9 Plaintiff's Complaint is HEREBY GRANTED.
