ORDER signed by JUDGE N. C. TILLEY, JR on 9/29/2016 adopting the Magistrate Judge's Recommendation 19 ; that the Commissioner's decision finding no disability be REVERSED, and that the matter be REMANDED to the Commissioner u nder sentence four of 42 U.S.C. § 405(g). FURTHER that the Commissioner be directed to remand the matter to the Administrative Law Judge for further proceedings consistent with this Order.
