Filing 16 MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER signed by JUDGE CATHERINE C. EAGLES on 10/5/2015; that the Commissioner's decision finding no disability is REVERSED, and that this action is remanded to the Commissioner under sentence four of 42 U.S.C. § ; 405(g). The Commissioner is directed to remand the matter to the ALJ for further consideration of (1) Ms. Manns' mental RFC, including an express discussion of the impact on the RFC of her moderate limitations in concentration, persistence, or pace, in accordance with Mascio; and (2) the opinions of treating psychiatrist Dr. McDonough, including an explicit discussion of the weight assigned to such opinions and the reasons for such weight in accordance with 20 C.F.R. §§ 4 04.1527(c), 416.927(c). FURTHER that Ms. Manns' Motion for Judgment Remanding the Cause for Hearing, (Doc. 10 ), is GRANTED, and that the Commissioner's Motion for Judgment on the Pleadings, (Doc. 12 ), is DENIED.
