FURTHER ORDERED that Plaintiffs' Motion for Expedited Determination of Motion to Remand (Doc. 22 ) is DENIED AS MOOT. FURTHER ORDERED that Plaintiffs& #039; Motion to Defer Time to File Federal Motion for Class Certification (Doc. 27 ) is GRANTED as to Plaintiff Pia Townes and DENIED AS MOOT as to remaining Plaintiffs. Plaintiff Townes shall have sixty (60) days from the date of this Order to file any motion for class certification as prescribed by LR 23.1 and Fed. R. Civ. P. 23(c)(1). (Daniel, J) |
