SCHROEDER on 8/28/2017, For the reasons set forth above, that the motions of Mack and Union Baptist Church to dismiss Baskins' claims (Docs. 15 , 16 ) will be GRANTED IN PART as follows : The ADEA claim against Mack in his individual capacity is DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE; and the remaining claims of the amended complaint will be DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE in twenty-one days unless Baskins (1) files a copy of his EEOC char ge and/or an amended complaint alleging sufficient facts to demonstrate that he has exhausted his administrative remedies under the ADEA in regard to a named Defendant, and/or (2) alleges sufficient facts to give rise to a colorable claim under the Equal Pay Act.
