FURTHER ORDERED that Defendant Jay Christmas' Partial Motion to Dismiss [Doc. # 18 ] is GRANTED IN PART AND DENIED IN PART in that the Title VII claim against him is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE pursuant to Plaintiff Kevin Watkins' concession [Doc. # 20 ] and otherwise DENIED as to the battery claim against him.
