MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER signed by CHIEF JUDGE THOMAS D. SCHROEDER on 12/13/2018, that Emiabata's motions for reconsideration or alternatively for transfer 44 , to strike BB&T's affirmative defenses [51 ], and for leave to file an amended complaint 52 are DENIED.
