FURTHER that Plaintiff's Motion t o Strike (ECF No. 27 ) is DENIED IN PART to the extent that the Court will consider the documents that Defendant filed as comprising its brief in opposition to Plaintiff's Motion for Summary Judgment. FURTHER that Defendant's Evidentiary Objection (ECF No. 24 ) is SUSTAINED. (Daniel, J)
