Filing 3 CIVIL COVER SHEET. (Garland, Leah) |
Filing 2 COMPLAINT against NANCY A. BERRYHILL, filed by KADIATOU TOURE. (Garland, Leah) |
Filing 1 APPLICATION to Proceed IFP by KADIATOU TOURE. (Garland, Leah) |
TEXT ORDER deferring ruling on #1 Application to Proceed in District Court without Prepaying Fees or Costs and directing Plaintiff to file, on or before 08/06/2018, a supplement (signed by her under oath or subject to perjury penalties) to #1 Application. The monthly expenses reported in #1 Application substantially exceed the monthly income reported therein. If that difference regularly results in Plaintiff leaving bills for a substantial portion of her reported monthly expenses unpaid, she may simply so state in her supplemental filing. If, however, friends or family members regularly provide Plaintiff with the means to pay bills, her supplemental filing must disclose that fact and must explain why Plaintiff cannot obtain from any such persons the funds necessary to pay the expenses that the Court otherwise would have to absorb if it granted #1 Application. Failure by Plaintiff to comply with this Text Order will result in the denial of #1 Application. Issued by MAG/JUDGE L. PATRICK AULD on 07/06/2018. (AULD, L.) |
Case ASSIGNED to CHIEF JUDGE THOMAS D. SCHROEDER and MAG/JUDGE L. PATRICK AULD. (Garland, Leah) |
Motions Referred to MAG/JUDGE L. PATRICK AULD RE: #1 APPLICATION to Proceed IFP. (Garland, Leah) |
