| TEXT ORDER terminating #1 Application to Proceed IFP and directing the Clerk to administratively close this case. Plaintiff sought leave to proceed IFP in this case to pursue a Title VII retaliation claim based on matters raised in a Charge of Discrimination dated 12/03/2018 (i.e., that, "[o]n or around November 12, 2018, [Plaintiff] received a written warning listing multiple issues from [sic] dating from September 10, 2018 to October 19, 2018"). That claim is related to claims in a prior pending case (docketed as 1:18CV887). At the status conference held this day, both parties agreed that the claim in question should proceed in connection with that prior pending case, rather than as a separate case. Accordingly, the Court granted Plaintiff's oral motion to amend/supplement his complaint in the prior pending case and directed the Clerk to re-docket the above-referenced Charge of Discrimination (and related documents) as an amendment/supplement to the complaint in the prior pending case.
