FURTHER that the Clerk is instructed to send Petitioner new 2254 forms and instructions for filing a 2254 petition, along with a current in forma pauperis application, which he can use to properly submit his claims after exhaustion of his state court remedies. FURTHER that this action be filed, that the current 2254 Petition is stricken and that this action is stayed for 180 days to allow Petitioner to exhaust his state court remedies and submit a proper 2254 petition, together with an in forma pauperis application or the $5.00 filing fee.
