| TEXT ORDER (A) denying #2 Motion to Proceed in District Court without Prepaying Fees and Costs, and (B) requiring Plaintiff to pay the filing fee by 06/01/2021. According to #2 Motion, Plaintiff and her spouse (who do not have any minor children) enjoy an annual household income of nearly $60,000, approximately 10% of which (i.e., nearly $6,000) is devoted to dining out (on top of $7200 spent annually on other food purchases), as well as maintaining both a storage unit and a storage building. Litigants with that income level and spending pattern can find the means to pay the relatively modest filing fee and other costs that pauper status otherwise would cover.
