If Plaintiff lacks a regular place of shelter and receives no regular support from any source, she simply may so note in her supplement; however, if Plaintiff regularly receives assistance from family and/or friends, she must disclose that support and must explain why the persons who provide her with such assistance cannot supply her with the funds to pay the expenses that pauper status would cover.
