Filing 4 AMENDED COMPLAINT against defendant KILOLO KIJAKAZI, filed by TIFFANY MORGAN. (Attachments: #1 Extension Request)(ARROWOOD, DERRICK) |
TEXT ORDER issued by MAG/JUDGE JOI ELIZABETH PEAKE on 6/22/2022. The Amended Complaint [Doc. #3] leads with a letter, which is not a proper format for a complaint. In addition, that letter refers to Plaintiff Tiffany Morgans husband as the disability claimant. However, the case is in the name of Tiffany Morgan as Plaintiff, and the Amended Complaint challenges the SSA decision that Plaintiff is not disabled (Para. 7) without reference to Plaintiff Morgans husband or the basis for any claim in a representative capacity. Therefore, counsel for Plaintiff is given 14 days to file a corrected Amended Complaint that (1) corrects the format of the Amended Complaint so that the letter is an attachment rather than pages 1 and 2 of the complaint, and (2) clarifies who is the disability claimant and the capacity of Ms. Morgan as the Plaintiff.
