| TEXT ORDER: This matter was transferred from the District of New Jersey (Docket Entry #11 ) and referred to the undersigned for further review. Prior to said transfer, Plaintiff was permitted to commence said proceeding without prepayment of fees or costs, or giving security therefor. (See Docket Entry #4 .) Having now been transferred, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Clerk shall send Plaintiff a blank summons for each defendant named in the complaint. IT IS ORDERED that Plaintiff is responsible for preparing and delivering to the Clerk, the correct summons for service on each defendant, including the correct address and the name and title of the individual to be served on behalf of a corporation, association, infant, incompetent or government agency. Failure to prepare and deliver said summons within 21 days from the filing of this Order shall result in this case being dismissed without further notice. On August 5, 2022, the Court issued an Order that gave Plaintiff leave to amend her Complaint to add allegations that her claims have any connection to New Jersey, and in the same Order, the Court advised Plaintiff that if she fails to file an amended complaint, this case would be subject to transfer. To date, Plaintiff has not filed an amended complaint to demonstrate that venue is proper in this district. As such, for the reasons set forth in the Court's August Order, this matter is TRANSFERRED to the United States District Court for the Middle District of North Carolina.. TEXT ORDER re #5 Summons Issued, #4 Order Granting/Denying In Forma Pauperis, QC - Generic Message. On August 5, 2022, the Court issued an Order directing Plaintiff to amend her complaint to add any additional facts that would demonstrate that venue is appropriate in New Jersey, or this matter would be transferred. However, the Clerk's Office, thereafter, erroneously issued Summonses, and Plaintiff sought to serve her Complaint. On September 21, 2022, the Clerk's Office sent a Quality Control Message stating that the Summonses were issued in error. To date, Plaintiff has not amended her complaint consistent with this Court's August Order. Because of the clerical error, Plaintiff shall be provided with an additional 14 days from the date of this Text Order to submit an amended complaint. Failure to do so may result in the transfer of this matter. The Clerk's Office is directed to send this Text Order to Plaintiff via Email and First Class Mail.. So Ordered by Chief Judge Freda L.
