November 3, 2022 Opinion or Order TEXT ORDER Denying without prejudice #2 Motion for Leave to Proceed In Forma Pauperis (IFP). Plaintiff seeks to proceed IFP in this matter. Section One of the IFP application indicates a total of zero for the sources of income for both Plaintiff and his spouse. (See Docket Entry 2 at 1-2.) However, Plaintiff later indicates that he is "currently being supported by [his] wife she pays all the bills we have nothing." (Id. at 5.) In addition, Plaintiff has indicated that he expects major changes to his monthly income or expenses or in his assets or liabilities during the next 12 months but has not provided further explanation. (See id.) As Plaintiff's IFP application has provided incomplete and inconsistent information, his motion will be denied without prejudice to filing a renewed Motion for Leave to Proceed In Forma Pauperis. If Plaintiff is fully supported by his spouse, the income source of his spouse should be accurately reflected in Section One of the IFP application.
