ORDER signed by MAG/JUDGE JOE L. WEBSTER on 02/16/2023, The Court has reviewed the Joint Rule 26(f) Report (Docket Entry #15 ) submitted by the parties and approves it without modification. The parties discussed whether the case would involve sealed documents and agreed that no documents in this case will be filed under seal. If a party determines during discovery that they have incorrectly indicated that the case will not involve any confidential or sealed documents, the parties must meet and confer and file a LR 5.5 Report within 10 days after so determining, and they must include an explanation for the late change in position. Discovery shall be placed on the Complex case-management track. Mediation should be conducted late in the discovery period, the exact date to be set by the mediator after consultation with the parties. The parties agree that the mediator shall be Kenneth P. Carlson, Jr., Winston-Salem, North Carolina. The case should be ready for trial by April, 2024, and at this time is expected to take approximately 3-4 days for trial. Jury trial has been demanded.
