Further HEREBY ORDERED that: 1. The Clerk of the Court shall consolidate Roman v. HanesBrands Inc., Case No. 1:23-cv-00173-LCB-LPA with Toussaint v. HanesBrands Inc., Case No. 1:22-cv00879-LCB-LPA for all purposes (the "Consolidated Case"); 2. All documents previously filed in Roman v. HanesBrands Inc., Case No. 1:23-cv-00173-LCB-LPA and Toussaint v. HanesBrands Inc., Case No. 1:22-cv-00879-LCB-LPA shall be deemed part of the record in the Consolidated Case; 3. All paper and electronic filings in the Consolidated Case shall use Case No. 1:22-cv-00879-LCB-LPA; 4. The Clerk shall administratively close Roman v. HanesBrands Inc., Case No. 1:23-cv-00173-LCB-LPA, which shall have no impact whatsoever on the merits of that case; 5. The Clerk shall file a copy of this order in Roman v. HanesBrands Inc., Case No. 1:23-cv-00173-LCB-LPA; and 6. Defendant shall have a thirty-day extension of time to move, answer, or otherwise respond to Plaintiff Veronica Roman's complaint and Plaintiff Nicole Toussaint's complaint with a consolidated responsive pleading in the Consolidated Case, through and including March 31, 2023.
