TEXT ORDER (A) denying #1 Application to Proceed in District Court without Prepaying Fees or Costs, and (B) requiring Plaintiff, on or before 10/23/2023, either to pay the filing fee or to file a notice of voluntary dismissal under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41(a)(1)(i). The monthly household income reported in #1 Application far exceeds the monthly expenses reported in #1 Application. Accordingly, Plaintiff does not qualify as a pauper.
