Filing 5 ORDER dismissing Defendant Aramark from this action; dismissing Plaintiff's claims against an unnamed food service worker without prejudice; Aramark Co. terminated. The Clerk shall provide a copy of this Order to the Sher iff of Mecklenburg County. Within 20 days of this Order, the Sheriff of Mecklenburg County shall file a document stating the full names of Defendants Platt and T. Barie and whether they remain employed at the Mecklenburg County Jail, and provide forw arding addresses if they are no longer employed at that facility. If Defendants Platt and T. Barie are no longer employed at the Mecklenburg County Jail, the Sheriff shall file the document under seal. Upon receipt of the document identifying Defenda nts Platt and T. Barie, the Clerk of Court shall issue process, deliver to USMS for service, and change the docket to reflect Defendant Platt and T. Barie's first and last names.
