Filing 11 STIPULATION of Dismissal by Daniel Rufty Legal, PLLC (Caudill, Bo) |
TEXT-ONLY ORDER granting in part and denying in part #6 Motion for Hearing. The Court construes the "Motion for Hearing" as requesting oral argument on the petition before the Court. Because of limited courtroom availability, as well as other limitations resulting from the COVID pandemic, the Court DENIES the motion to the extent it requests oral argument. Instead, the Court will hear the parties' respective positions via written submissions to the Court. In addition to the already-filed Petition and Response in Opposition to the Petition, the Court will allow each party to file one additional responsive pleading. Petitioner may file a brief no longer than 4,500 words by March 12, 2021, and Respondent may file a responsive brief no longer than 4,500 words by March 19, 2021. (TM) |
