ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE FOR MOTION TO VACATE JUDGMENT: I am in receipt of Man Yung Chan's Order to Show Cause for Emergency Relief, (Doc. 4), supporting declaration, (Doc. 5), and memorandum of law with accompanying exhibits in support of Ms. Chan's request to vacate judgment, (Doc. 6). Plaintiff and Ms. Chan are directed to appear for a hearing on Ms. Chan's Proposed Order to Show Cause on June 29, 2023, at 11:00 A.M. Accordingly, it is hereby: ORDERED that Plaintiff and its agents and attorneys are hereby stayed from taking any steps to enforce this judgment until after the hearing and determination of this Order to Show Cause, including garnishment of any wages or bank accounts.
