| TEXT-ONLY ORDER Text of Order: Concerning #9 Plaintiffs Motion to Remand, and for the reasons stated in #10 Defendants brief concerning Plaintiffs inconsistent statements about its citizenship, the parties are directed to file supplemental briefs and exhibits as follows. On or before May 4, 2023, Plaintiff shall file a supplemental brief addressing in detail the citizenship of its members along with the underlying documents supporting the [9-4] Declaration of Ed Lam. Specifically, Plaintiff shall document the ownership interests of (1) Lineage Logistics, LLC, (2) Lineage Logistics Holdings, LLC, (3) BG Maverick, LLC, (4) BG LLH Intermediate, LLC, (5) LLH MGMT Profits, LLC, (6) LLH MGMT Profits II, LLC, and (7) Greg Bryan. Plaintiff shall also document Mr. Bryans citizenship. Defendant is granted leave to file a supplemental response that will be due May 11, 2023. So Ordered. Entered by US Magistrate Judge Susan C.
