Opinion and Order DENYING Defendants' Motion to dismiss for lack of subject matter jurisdiction and GRANTING Defendant's Motion for partial summary judgment regarding Plaintiff's Federal Claims. In light of this rulin g the Court is left with Plaintiff's state law claims for hostile work environment sexual harrassment, quid pro quo sexual harassment, retaliation, and wrongful discharge. Opinion and Order. The Court grants Plaintiff's Motion (Related Doc # 8 ), under Fed.R.Civ.P. 56(f) and will permit discovery prior to addressing the question of Middlefields' Title VII liability. The Court also denies Defendants' Motion, (Related Doc 6 ), for Partial Summary Judgment and Motion to Dismiss at this time. The Court will revisit this issue upon completion of discovery.
