If Lisa Bridge desires to seek a stay of this Court's rulings on the motions related to the appraisal and sale of Lisa Bridge's property pending the Sixth Circuit's ruling on appeal, she may file a motion pursuan t to Rule 62 requesting a stay with bond no later than June16, 2014 by 12:00 noon. If Lisa Bridge requests a Rule 62 stay with bond pending appeal, then defendant Deutsche Bank shall inform the Court by the close of business on June 20, 2014 the amount of bond that Deutsche Bank considers to be an appropriate amount to obtain a stay. September 6, 2013 Opinion or Order Filing 228 Partial Final Judgment Entry under Rule 54(b) and Decree of Foreclosure. The Court orders that unless the sums found to be due to Deutsche Bank are fully paid within ten (10) days from the date of this Partial Final Judgment Entry and Decr ee of Foreclosure, the equity redemption of the title holder(s) in the Property shall be foreclosed and the Property shall be sold free of the interest of all parties to this action subject to redemption by the judgment debtor pursuant to Section 2329.33 of the Ohio Revised Code, and in accordance with the procedures set forth in the court's Sixth Amended General Order 2006-16. In addition, an order of sale shall issue to the Master Commissioner directing him to appraise, advertise, a nd sell the Property according to the law and orders of this Court and to report his proceedings to the Court. Notice of the time and place of the sale of the Property shall be given to all persons who have an interest in the Property according to the provisions of Section 2329.26 of the Ohio Revised Code. The Court further Orders that the reasons contained in the 227 memorandum opinion filed contemporaneously with this Partial Final Judgment Entry, that plaintiffs motion to strike the affidavit of Crystal Kearse is Denied. April 13, 2009 Opinion or Order Filing 79 Memorandum Opinion and Order: The Court's referral to Magistrate Judge Pearson is hereby terminated. Further, William Bridge's motion to intervene and for leave to file a second amended complaint (ECF 65 ) is granted. The proposed second amended complaint attached to the motion to amend will not be automatically filed by the Clerk even though the Court has granted leave to amend, and the Court's leave to amend does not require plaintiffs to file the proposed second amend ed complaint (see order for specifics).
