Filing 83 Memorandum Opinion: Defendants' motion for summary judgment is granted in its entirety, and all claims in the Amended Complaint are dismissed against all Defendants. (Related Doc # 66 ). Defendants' motion for sanctions is denied as moot (Related Doc # 73 ), and Plaintiff's counsel's motion to withdraw is granted. (Related Doc # 78 ). Counsel for Plaintiff isdirected to advise Plaintiff in writing of his appellate rights and the time table for filing an appeal from the Court's ruling on summary judgment. This case is dismissed.
