Memorandum Opinion and Order The Court sua sponte REMANDS this action to the Parma, Ohio Municipal Court for lack of subject matter jurisdiction pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1447(c). To the extent that Tradex has deposited any funds into the registry of the Court, the Clerk is instructed to return those funds to Tradex in the manner outlined in the Court's Order of August 29, 2008 (Doc. 8 ).
