Filing 35 Order granting in part and denying in part Plaintiffs' Motion to Alter or Amend Judgment (Related Doc # 24 ). The court modifies its prior Order foreclosing Plaintiffs' OCSPA claim and grants Plaintiffs leave to file their proposed Second Amended Complaint (ECF No. 25). In light of the court's ruling on Plaintiffs' Motions, the court extends the discovery period until 4/16/2012. Plaintiffs shall identify any experts and produce any expert reports regarding their negl igence claim by 2/15/2012. Defendant shall file any opposing expert reports by 3/15/2012. Dispositive Motions are due by 5/15/2012. In light of the amended pretrial deadlines, Plaintiffs' Motion for Extension of Discovery Period is dismissed as moot 33 .
