October 31, 2011	Filing 19 Memorandum Opinion and Order. Based upon a review of the record and law, the undersigned affirms the ALJ's decision. Substantial evidence supports the finding of the ALJ that Plaintiff retained the residual functional capacity (RFC) t o perform certain physical exertion work if also "limited to simple repetitive tasks with no fast paced production work (such as assembly line work)" (Tr. 14-16). The ALJ correctly found that considering the vocational experts testimony, P laintiff was able to perform a significant number of jobs in the national economy and was therefore not disabled (Tr. 20-22). Filing 19 Memorandum Opinion and Order. Based upon a review of the record and law, the undersigned affirms the ALJ's decision.
