January 22, 2026	Filing 51 Memorandum Opinion and Order: The Court sustains the United States Objection, in part, and overrules Costaras' Objection. The Garnishment Order is hereby modified as follows: (1) Paragraph 1 of the Garnishment Order shall be modified to require Southwest Orofacial Group to pay the United States thirty-nine percent (39%) of Costaras' monthly gross earnings, plus an additional $7,000.00 per month; (2) Paragraph 3 of the Garnishment Order is modified to require Costa ras to remit his estimated tax payments monthly using the current version of the IRS "Percentage Method Tables for Manual Payroll Systems with Forms W-4 from 2020 or Later" for Monthly Payroll Periods for Single Taxpayers (published in IRS Publication 15-T (2023), Federal Income Tax Withholding Methods); https://www.irs.gov/publications/p15t; and (3) All other terms of the Garnishment Order not otherwise modified by this Memorandum Opinion and Order shall remain in effect.
