Memorandum Opinion and Order: Plaintiff's motion for summary judgment is granted on plaintiff's claims as against defendants James P. and Elaine C. Psarras. Judgment is hereby entered in favor of plaintiff and against James P. and Elaine C. Psarras for $461,160.93 due and owing under the terms of the note. In addition, the mortgaged premises is subject to foreclosure to satisfy the obligations of James P. and Elaine C. Psarras.
