Memorandum Opinion and Order For the reasons stated in the Order, Respondents' Motion for Summary Judgment (Docket # 42 ) ishereby GRANTED as follows: The NCUA Board's final determination as to insurance coverage on Holy Love's accounts was supported by substantial evidence and was not arbitrary, capricious, an abuse of discretion, or contrary to law.Holy Love's remaining claims are beyond the scope of this Court's review under the APA and are, therefore, dismissed without prejudice.
