Opinion and Order. Defendants' Motion to Dismiss (Related doc # 12 ) is granted in part. Count Two of Plaintiffs' Second Amended Complaint is dismissed without prejudice. The Court declines to exercise its supplemental jurisdiction over Plaintiffs' remaining state law claims and remands the case to the Cuyahoga County Court of Common Pleas for further adjudication.
