Filing 3 Order: The Court holds that the Ohio physician-patient privilege statute, Ohio Rev. Code § 2317.02(B)(1), has no application to CIDs issued pursuant to the authority of 31 U.S.C. Section 3733 or to subpoenas or subpoenas duces tecum issue d by a court of the United States to aid in a federal grand jury investigation. Therefore, the Petition to Modify or Set Aside Civil Investigative Demands is denied and the Petitioners are hereby ordered to comply with the two CIDs (Nos.
