Accordingly, the motion is GRANTED. Also pending is defendant The Corvus Group, Inc.'s Joinder in McGladrey LLP's Motion to Temporarily Stay Discovery (Doc. #65 ). Plaintiff opposes that motion on the grounds that regardless of the outcome of the pending motion for leave to amend the complaint, defendant Corvus will remain in this case. Order: This matter is before the Court upon Defendant Corvus Group, Inc.s Emergency Motion to Stay Portion of July 6, 2012 Order #60 . In light of Plaintiffs Motion for Leave to Amend the Complaint and Renewed Motion for Conditional Certification and Judicial Notice, the Court finds that the defendants motion is well-taken. The Court concludes that issuing separate notices to opt-in plaintiffs (some of whom may have held more than one job title) would likely create confusion. The Court finds, however, that the interests of justice require tolling the statute of limitations only with respect to the specific individuals who would have received notice under the July 6, 2012 Order.
