Memorandum Opinion and Order granting in part 5 Defendant The Lincoln National Life Insurance Company's Motion to Dismiss, or in the Alternative, to Compel Arbitration in that the Court agrees that Arbitration should be compelled unde r the terms of the Agent Contract.
