Opinion and Order signed by Judge James S. Gwin on 8/21/13. The Court, for the reasons set forth in this entry, grants in part the Ohio Adult Parole Authority's motion for judgment on the pleadings and plaintiffs' federal claims aga inst Ohio Adult Parole Authority are dismissed with prejudice. Plaintiffs' motion for reconsideration of the earlier order dismissing claims against Defendant Good is granted. The Court declines to exercise supplemental jurisdiction over the state law claims which are dismissed without prejudice. All other pending motions are denied as moot.
