November 7, 2013	Filing 18 Memorandum Opinion and Order: The Court does not find defendant's denial of LTD benefits to be arbitrary and capricious. Defendant's reliance on the conclusions of the medical reviewers, instead of the opinions of plaintiff's t reating physicians, appears to the Court to be "a deliberate, principled, and reasoned decision." Elliot v. Metro Life. Ins. Co., 473 F.3d 613, 618 (6th Cir. 2006). For the reasons set forth above, plaintiff's Motion for Judgment on the Administrative Record is DENIED, and judgement is entered in favor of defendant. Judge Patricia A. Gaughan on 11/7/13. (LC,S)
