As a result of discussions, the teleconference presently scheduled to be held on April 17, 2014 is now continued to Thursday, May 8, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time. Counsel and clients with full settlement authority must participate in the call. To that end, the Court will separately email call-in instructions to counsel. The parties are to confer and agree upon unified instructions for their appraisers. While Defendant is in the process of having the subject property appraised, the deadline for Plaintiff's appraisal is May 1, 2014. Counsel shall submit the appraisals to opposing counsel, First Merit Bank, and me.
