June 20, 2014	Filing 4 Order and Opinion: Petitioner Suzanne Emerson's motion to withdraw the reference is granted and the Court hereby orders that the reference of adversary proceeding 13-01040-pmc be withdrawn from the Bankruptcy Court and transferred to the District Court for the Northern District of Ohio pursuant to 28 U.S.C. Section 157 and Rule 5011(a) of the Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure. The Clerk shall terminate the miscellaneous case. The Clerk is further directed to open a civil case and assign a civil case number to this adversary proceeding.
