December 28, 2015	Filing 16 Order and Judgment Entry: The Court has reviewed the analysis in the R&R and concludes that it is correct in both of its conclusions. Accordingly, and in view of the fact that no objections have been filed, the Commissioner's decision is reversed and this case is remanded pursuant to sentence four of 42 U.S.C.
