Memorandum of Opinion and Order For the reasons set forth herein, summary judgment is granted in favor of the Class for restitution in the amount of $40,667, to be distributed proportionally to the class members in the manner described and agreed to in ECF Nos. 62 and 63 . The Class's request for incentive awards for named Plaintiffs is denied. All allegations of liability and restitution are resolved. The parties agree that the Class is the prevailing party. ECF No. 55 . Class Counsel shall file an Application for Attorney Fees, together with supporting exhibits and affidavits, no later than 21 days from the date of this Order.
