Memorandum Opinion: The Court has reviewed Magistrate Judge Ruiz's report and recommendation (Doc. No. 14 ) and adopts the same. Accordingly, the final decision of the Commissioner of Social Security denying plaintiff's applications for period of disability and disability insurance benefits under Title II of the Social Security Act is affirmed.
