Opinion and Order For the reasons stated in the order, while the Court finds that it has personal jurisdiction over the New York Defendants, the Court also finds that venue is improper in this district. Even if the Court found that venue was proper here, it would transfer the case to the Southern District of New York for the convenience of the parties and the witnessa district the parties agreed 15 years ago would be the forum for resolving future disputes.
