Memorandum of Opinion and Order: Norman Noble's Motion to Substitute Federal Insurance Company as Plaintiff (Doc. 27 ) is DENIED. Because there is no dispute that diversity does not exist between Norman Noble and CTG, complete diversity does not exist between the parties.
