Memorandum of Opinion and Order For the reasons set forth herein, the Court, in its discretion, declines to exercise supplemental jurisdiction over the remaining state law claim and counterclaim. These state law claims, therefore, are dismissed without prejudice. Accordingly, it is appropriate for the Court to remand the case to the Crawford County, Ohio Municipal Court.
