The Court, for the reasons set forth in this order, grants in part and denies in part defendant's motion for summary judgment as to plaintiff Brooks-Kroggel. The Court grants def endant's motion as to plaintiff's age discrimination claim and denies defendant's motion as to her FMLA retaliation claim. The Court denies as moot plaintiff Bates and Stirling's motion for summary judgment and defendant's motion for summary judgment as to plaintiffs Bates and Stirling's claims.
