Accordingly, the defendants' motions to dismiss (Doc. 6 , 8 , and 11 ) are all granted, th e plaintiff's motion for a default judgment (Doc. No. 14 ) is denied, and the plaintiff's complaint is dismissed as against all defendants. Further, the Court certifies, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. §1915(a)(3), that an appeal from this decision could not be taken in good faith, and that there is no basis on which to issue a certificate of appealability.
