Memorandum Opinion and Order. Plaintiff's claims against Metro Health Systems, the Cuyahoga County Correctional Center Medical Department, Inmate Health Systems Director Marcus Harris, the Cuyahoga County Medical Director and Metro Health Systems Physician Dr. Erhardt are dismissed pursuant to 28 U.S.C. §1915(e). The Court certifies, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915(a)(3), that anappeal from this decision could not be taken in good faith. This action shall proceed solely on Plaintiff's claims for deliberate indifference to serious medical needs against Dr. Alan Gatz and Nurse Lori True.
