Memorandum of Opinion and Order: CSEA's Motion to Dismiss pursuant to Federal Civil Procedure Rules 12(b)(1) and 12(b)(6) (ECF No. 6 ) is granted. Furthermore, this Court lacks subject matter jurisdiction over the claims against Lorain County. This action is dismissed against all Defendants.
